Am I eligible?
Our programs are available for adults 65 and over with Medicaid and/or Managed Long-Term health insurance. We also offer self-pay plans for individuals who are not qualified through their health insurance plan.
What benefits are available to me if I join this center?
We believe in providing quality service to all our members. We offer social interaction, meals, educational and health programs.
Will I receive transportation?
We provide free transportation to all our members who have Medicaid or are enrolled in a Managed Long- Term Care Program.
